Sire on Nov-15-2007 under Has Casper The Friendly Ghost finally decided to show himself to the public, at least to those at the local gas station in Ohio? There are some who think that the blue blob that mysteriously appeared and hung around for awhile may well be a ghost. Others think that it is actually an angel!
The thing is the tape definitely shows a blue blob floating around and the guy at the gas station doesn’t look like the sort who would be able to doctor a tape. What do you think it is?
