It all happened one morning when Little Johnny’s dad asks him if he knows about the birds and the bees. Johnny, who is only ten breaks out into tears and between sobs says, “I don’t want to know.”

Dear old dad is really confused by his reaction and asks his son why he is so upset, and Johnny still sobing replies.

“Oh daddy, when I was only six I get the ‘there is no Santa’ story, and then when I was seven I got ‘there is no Easter Bunny’! When I was nine you told me there was no ‘tooth fairy’, and now if you are trying to tell me that grown-ups don’t really screw, what the hell I have I got to look forward to.
