I believe this to be true. You can have a real shit of a day but if you can sit back and laugh at the funny side of it or lose yourself in a good joke it can put the day in a different perspective. The last thing you want to do is dwell on the whole negative aspect of it. that’s just going to drag you down even more.

While kids can be a real pain they can also be a joy and there are definitely times when they can make you roll over from laughing. It’s also true that laughing can be infectious.
