I haven’t posted a photo for awhile so I figured that now would be a great time to add a bit of color to the blog. My mum loves her garden and the fact that she spends so much time in there is proof to the theory that you reap what you sow. Her front garden is different from the average front garden, probably because of her Italian heritage, as she has vegetables and fruit trees as well as a plethora of beautifully colored flowers, of which this bright orange flower is one of them.

This bush resides in my front garden. It started off as a seedling and before it ended up in the form you see today it actually went through several transformations. My favorite was the giant tit and nipple stage as it provided a fair bit of amusement to several of my neighbors. Unfortunately my wife didn’t approve of having a huge breast in the front garden and so she asked me to do something about it. Always willing to please the wife I made a slight adjustment.

This is me sitting at the wheel of a Ferrari 355 F1 GTS, a 50th birthday gift from my dear wife. Naturally it wasn’t mine to keep, but I was able to have photos taken with me in it and I then went cruising with the driver for a whole 90 minutes.

What an experience. This mid-engined, rear wheel drive V8-powered 2-seat coupe is what a true performance car is all about. The G-Force was unbelievable and the driver wasn’t even trying as he only took it to 5500rpm out of a possible 9500!

Even as a passenger, it was a real thrill to be driven around in this work of art.

Normally when people think of the Twelve Apostles they think of Jesus and the last supper. The things is that I met up with the Twelve Apostles on my way to Melbourne whilst traveling The Great Ocean Road. The ones I saw were actually large inanimate rock formations that rise majestically from the Southern Ocean and are part of the rugged Port Campbell National Park.

I took a phot this interesting rock formation many years ago whilst on holiday at The Grampians Victoria. Photos are great for bringing back memories of times that may well remain forgotten in our normally cluttered minds.

I reckon that because of the all the information that we are exposed to due to technology and such that we have a lot more to contend with than our ancestors ever did.
