As I grew up I can remember one of the hi-lights of my young years was when my father had a pool table delivered. It was beautiful with it’s felt covered slate top and the ornate carved legs, but above all else it brought us closer together. We spent far more family time together when that pool table arrived and not only was it fun we interacted a hell of a lot more than just sitting in the lounge watching the idiot box.
