India is known for a lot of things, its history, architecture, the wonderful people but maybe not so much for its telecommunication capabilities. Not many people would know thattata indicom is one of the largest telecom companies in India and provides mobile telephone services, landlines, cdma, broadband services and many other services.

They are so into customer service that they have even provided a forum for customers to explore the services provided. Posts can be both negative and positive and it will do well for the company to pay attention to their customers input in order to resolve all issues. Not many would provide this avenue as part of their service and it will be interesting to see how it all pans out.
