Blogging The Money Way

Archive for October 10th, 2007

Yes! I am a proud member of PayPerPost because I have found that because of sites such as PPP blogging is the one true work from home experience. You can make up to $500 per week working from home and I am proof that it can be done. I am not the only one as there are thousands of bloggers out there who are also making a good income from blogging.

The one thing that I have noticed from advertisers who are looking for bloggers to advertise their products is that many of them will not accept blogs such as myspace.com, typepad.com, xanga.com, blogspot.com, livejournal.com, wordpress.com, and vox.com. Bloggers who post on these sort of blogs miss out on heaps of opportunities every day.

The way to make sure you do not miss out on these opportunities is to host your blog on your own domain. Consider your blog your business and the cost of your domain an investment. So how much is this going to cost? I host this blog on LunarPages for a paltry $6.95 per month. That means that one post can pay for a whole months hosting. It is the cheapest investment I know of.

There are other hosts that you may consider. GoDaddy.com Hosting Plans
also has many plans you can consider and it is very popular with many webmasters and bloggers. One other one that comes to mind is Top Rated Web Hosting - $3.95/mo
and at $3.95/month you may want to compare it to the other hosts to see who is offering the best deals.

The bottom line is that by hosting your own blogs, not only will your earning potential grow, the fact that you can apply more SEO tactics to your blogs there is potential for a higher PR and even more earnings.

Midoritech.com Helping To Keep Kids Busy

Finally, a site that concentrates entirely on Kids games. These are not just normal games as many are very educational. The one that I think many parents will find of interest is ‘Global Warming’. In this game the objective is to save the world and it will teach players how to take good care of the environment. It could even help the household to save money through energy savings. What I found weird is that there are more games for Macs than there are for PCs! Still I reckon it’s only a matter of time before that changes.

Blogging For Money Review

Posted by User ImageSire on Oct-10-2007 under Making Money

It’s time to part with a bit of money in the hope of gaining some PR benefit. What I am after is for bloggers to write a short review, minimum of 50 words, on this blog. The task is only open to bloggers whose blogs are hosted on their own domain. This naturally excludes blogs hosted on myspace.com, typepad.com, xanga.com, blogspot.com, livejournal.com, wordpress.com, and vox.com etc.

Once you have written the review, just leave a comment with a link to your post. If it meets the requirements I will pay you $2 via PayPal. You can email me your PayPal details at blogster@blogsire.com. Naturally, those who have already written a review cannot apply.

If you are a business owner with unique goods or services to promote or sell you may have at one time or another considered showing off your wares in a trade show. The only thing putting you off was trying to work out how to set it all up. Being a busy person the time factor would be a problem and getting advice would be a bonus.

Well lucky you, because I can point you to a site that will make it all so easy for you. It’s called ‘The Godfrey Group’ and they can set you up with some really eye catching Pop Up Displays that will surely make your exhibit the center of attention at any trade show. You could even use the smaller displays for such things as in store presentations.
