4. Guarantees and Warranties - If the property is new.
5. Searches and other legal documents.

It all happened last night in SA, the total lunar eclipse. This is a clip from CBS of an interview with Michelle Nichols from the Adler Planeterium explaining how it all came about.

I took this shot right at the beginning and you can see the sadow starting to creep in from the bottom of the moon.

This is a video I took of the lunar eclipse last night and you can see how it definitely has a reddish tinge. It’s weird how we got to see it all happening 24 hours before those in the US did.

We all know how important education is for our children and how there are times when they may need a little help. I had always thought that I would be able to give my kids whatever help they needed in subjects like maths only to find that todays teaching methods differed from those of my era. This meant that although I could work out the answers for my benefit I could not explain it in such a way that they could grasp it. “But dad, that’s not how the teacher showed us”, was a common complaint.

Topics like geometry, or algebra were just as bad. If only something like Online Tutoring was available for me. OK, that is not entirely true, it’s actually me who wants more Aussie members. You see I’ve joined Communati which is a pretty cool community blogging site. The only flaw is it is full of Yanks and there are only two Aussies, myself and Tottie. There is also a Hutt’s our Kiwi cousin but even so we are vastly outnumbered.

The main problem is these Yanks don’t understand our wit, lingo or our intellectual posts so we don’t seem to be getting a fair hearing. So come on you Aussies step up and be counted! There is no reason not to join because it is free and the fact that you get to keep 70% of the Google adsense is an added bonus.

It looks like no-one is safe from people trying to take advantage of someone else’s fame even if it’s a doll. On the 21st of August Mattel Inc went to court to declare that the name of their famous Barbie dolls, dolls that were portrayed at being clean cut, did not belong on a model’s pornographic website.

What a pity that absolutely nothing, not even children’s toys, are safe from peoples greed and their willingness to corrupt ideas and all for the sake of a couple of bucks
