Consolidate Your Loans With BD Nationwide

Posted by User ImageSire on Apr-10-2007 under Special Ops

I’ve had it, another fight with the wife over finance and escalating bills. I told her it wasn’t my fault. If anything it was hers because of the way she likes to throw the plastic credit card around. Shit, was that ever a mistake. After that last fight you would think I would learn to keep my mouth shut.

I had to get out and think, and get it all together. Lucky for me the pub was just around the corner and maybe a cold beer and a chat with the patron would clear my head. I reckon I could of done without the smoke filled air, but that cold beer sure was good. I started a bit of a conversation with the bartender and he told me about Fixed Rate Second Mortgage Loans. He reckons that the Second Mortgage Experts at BD Nationwide would be able to offer a fixed rate debt consolidation that could save me thousands of dollars a year with reduced monthly payments and lower interest rates.

That was it! I thanked him, and left. On the way home I scored some roses and gave them to my wife while I knelt down and begged her forgiveness. The next day I paid the guys at BD National to consolidate my loan and never looked back since.

Not All Blondes Are Dumb!

Posted by User ImageSire on Apr-10-2007 under Funny Blogs

The setting is a casino where it’s almost at the end of a shift. There are these two bored dealers at a craps table when a beautiful blonde comes up and places a $20,000 bet on the table for a single roll of the dice. She looks at them coyly and says; “Say guys I hope you don’t mind but I always feel luckier when I am naked.”

She commences to take off all her clothes and then rolls the dice. As she throws the dice she yell; “Mama needs new clothes!” Almost immediately she starts jumping up and down screaming; “You bloody beauty, I won, I won,” all the while hugging the dealers. She then picks up her winnings and leaves.

The dealers look at each other stupefied and finally one of them asks; “Shit, what did she roll?”

The other says; “I don’t know I thought you were watching!”

You see, not all blondes are dumb.

It’s been a little over a week since I’ve joined SlashMySearch and I’ve earned a whole $1.10. Yeah I know it’s not much then you have to consider the work effort put into it. Now let me see I put in 0% effort so in reality I did pretty damn good. All I basically did is make SlashMySearch my home page and use it every time I do a search on the Internet. If you do a lot more searches you earn a lot more. Like a lot of things in life a positive effort gives you a positive return.

SlashMySearch also has a unique feature for eBay users, called the eBay Typo feature. Basically, you enter the correct spelling for the item you are searching and then select eBay Typo from the search type selection menu and SlashMySearch will automatically generate common misspellings, omissions and other mistakes that a listing might appear under and seamlessly take you to eBay. Correctly spelled listings will be filtered out. Remember that any feature on SlashMySearch.com counts towards your activity, including this one.

Why do this type of search? Basically because there are thousands of auctions on eBay that are misspelled either by mistake and you are basically missing out on these almost hidden listings. That means everyone else is also missing out, so technically the misspelled items are not getting many bids which means you have every chance of getting this item for less than what you normally would. Imagine the money you could save.

Be Smart With Mortgage Loans

Posted by User ImageSire on Apr-10-2007 under Special Ops

~~~
I heard on the news today how more and more people have to foreclose on their home loans due to increasing interest rates. I would assume that many of these would be first time homeowners because they do not have the experience necessary in handling mortgages.
I can just imagine the excitement coursing through their veins as they are about to sign on the dotted line, so much so that they haven’t even considered if they have left themselves enough space in case of such situations as higher interest rates and other expenses. In these situations you would hope that the bank institutions or loan providers would be the guiding hand for any and all secured loans.
I would implore all people who are thinking of a home or any other loan, to go online and use the available mortgage calculators to make sure they can afford the loan, and please make allowance for increases in interest rates and any other unforseen expenses. Remember, forewarned is forearmed.
